With 20 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, Penny brings extensive hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident through beautiful, healthy hair.
With 9 years specialising in scalp management, her approach goes beyond styling. She believes that beautiful hair begins with a healthy foundation, and that every client deserves care that is personalised to their individual hair and scalp needs.
At Root & Reverie, Penny combines her experience in hair services with a strong focus on scalp wellness. From everyday hair care to colour, perming and personalised scalp treatments, she takes the time to understand each client before recommending the right approach.
